Not medical advice
Neyvi helps you record and understand what you eat. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Nothing in Neyvi is medical, dietary, or nutritional advice.
Targets and insights are estimates
Calorie and macro targets, totals, patterns, and insights are general estimates based on what you log and the nutrition data available. Your real needs depend on things Neyvi can't see.
Talk to a professional first
Speak to a doctor or a registered dietitian before changing how you eat, and before relying on Neyvi, if you:
- are pregnant or breastfeeding;
- have diabetes, kidney, heart, or thyroid disease, or another medical condition;
- take medication that affects your appetite, weight, or blood sugar;
- have, or have had, an eating disorder.
If tracking feels hard
If counting food starts to make you anxious or feels out of control, it's okay to stop. Please talk to someone you trust or to a health professional. In India you can call Tele-MANAS, the free national mental health helpline, on 14416 or 1-800-891-4416.
Emergencies
Neyvi is not for emergencies. If you feel unwell, contact a doctor or call 112.
